Terms of Service

Draft for legal review. This page describes how Reenka works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Reenka ("we"). By messaging Reenka or using its dashboard you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Reenka is a personal AI assistant you use over WhatsApp (and, where enabled, SMS and phone calls), with a web dashboard. It is in early access: features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. It is free during early access; we'll tell you before anything changes.

3. Your account

Your account is tied to your phone number. Keep your phone and WhatsApp secure — whoever can read your WhatsApp can use Reenka and log in to the dashboard as you. You must be 18 or older.

4. AI can be wrong

Reenka uses AI models. Its answers can be inaccurate or incomplete, so check anything important. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. Reenka is not an emergency service — in an emergency, contact your local emergency number.

5. Approvals and actions

Before anything consequential — such as adding an event to your calendar — Reenka asks for your explicit OK ("APPROVE <code>", a clear "yes", or the dashboard). Approvals expire after 24 hours. Check the details before you approve; you are responsible for actions you approve.

6. Reminders and proactive messages

We do our best to deliver reminders, briefs and suggestions on time, but delivery depends on WhatsApp, SMS providers and WhatsApp's messaging rules. Don't rely on Reenka as your only reminder for anything critical, such as medication or legal deadlines.

7. Connected services

Connecting Google Calendar is optional and you can disconnect at any time. Your use of WhatsApp, Google and other services is also governed by their own terms.

8. Acceptable use

• Don't use Reenka for anything unlawful, harmful, harassing or abusive.
• Don't use it to spam or to contact people who haven't agreed to it, or to impersonate someone else.
• Don't try to break its security, overload it, scrape it or reverse-engineer it.

9. Your content

What you send stays yours. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Ending

You can stop using Reenka at any time and delete all your data in Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or if early access ends (with notice where we can).

11. Liability

Reenka is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by missed, late or incorrect messages, reminders or AI output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about significant changes on WhatsApp or on this page; continuing to use Reenka afterwards means you accept them.

13. Governing law

The governing law and courts will be confirmed in the legal review before public launch.
